Welcome to Becker Branded ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you ("customer," "you") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Products

  • We offer both handmade and digital products.

  • Due to the nature of handmade items, slight variations may occur.

  • Digital products are delivered electronically and available for instant download once payment is complete.

2. Orders and Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Payment is required at the time of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

  • We ship via USPS Priority Mail.

  • Production time for handmade items is approximately twenty-one (21) business days. This does not include shipping time.

  • We are not responsible for loss, delays, or damage once an order has been shipped.

  • Free local pick-up is available in Toledo, OH and Whitehouse, OH after production. Customers will be notified when their order is ready.

 

4. Refunds and Returns

  • All sales are final.

  • Due to the nature of our products being handmade and digital, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not offered.

  • If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days, and we will be happy to discuss possible solutions.

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • All digital products, designs, and content on this website are the property of Becker Branded.

  • Digital files are for personal use only and may not be resold, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

  • By purchasing, you agree that your use of our products is at your sole risk.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
