Shipping Policy

All customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise noted. We are not liable for any loss, delays, or damage that may occur once an order has been dropped off at the shipping facility. At this time, all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Because our items are handmade, please allow up to twenty-one (21) business days for production before your order is shipped. This production time does not include shipping time. Shipping transit times are determined by USPS and are not within our control.

Free local pick-up is available in Toledo, OH and Whitehouse, OH. Customers will be contacted once their order is ready for pick-up after the production period.
